(Lexington County, SC) -- A man is in custody after his 2-month-old child suffered severe injuries.
Twenty-five-year-old James Boltin Junior is charged with inflicting great bodily injury on a child.
Police in Lexington County believe Boltin hurt the child in early November and she went into cardiac arrest, suffering brain, spinal, and rib injuries.
If found guilty, Boltin could spend up to 20 years in prison.
