(Columbia, SC) -- Governor McMaster is laying out his priorities for 2021 in his fourth state of the state address.
In last night's speech, McMaster praised how South Carolina is "getting back to work" despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. He also continued his call for a return to in-person learning five-days-a-week.
While discussing education, McMaster pushed for a three-thousand-dollar pay raise for all public school teachers.
The governor also wants to use seven-million dollars in CARES Act funds to expand 4K programs across the state.
