(El Paso, TX) -- Governor McMaster is speaking out about his trip to the Southern border.
He visited troops from South Carolina Friday, saying he is proud they are helping secure the border.
The Governor's Office says McMaster received briefings from military leadership on the current situation at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Governor McMaster calls it "a humanitarian crisis."
