Charged Soldier's Summit Neighborhood Home Vandalized

(Columbia, SC) -- The home of a soldier facing charges over a confrontation with a Black man has now been vandalized.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department has asked anyone who does not live in the neighborhood to stay clear of it.
