(Horry County, SC) -- A Horry County man is facing charges in connection to the deadly Capitol riots on January 6th.
Nicholas Languerand was arrested by the FBI yesterday.
He is accused of assaulting, resisting or impeding an officer using a dangerous weapon and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol Grounds.
The FBI used a tip they received based on an Instagram photo and Reddit post in order to make the arrest.
