(North Charleston, SC) -- Senator Lindsey Graham is speaking out, saying the U.S. is "not a racist country."
He made the comments on Fox News after touring a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in North Charleston.
In his remarks, he said Jim Crow is systemic racism but does not believe we are systemically racist now.
Graham also said he does not believe South Carolina is a racist state.
