(Lexington County, SC) -- A man will spend life in prison for killing two people in 2018.
Twenty-eight-year-old Damien Ritter was convicted in the deaths of Samir Akins and Elzie Mack. Their shooting deaths happened during a robbery in West Columbia.
Ritter was sentenced to two life sentences, 30 years for kidnapping and attempted murder, and 10 years for armed robbery. He is not eligible for parole.
