(Washington, DC) -- A Newberry man is pleading guilty to participating in the U.S. Capitol riots on January 6th.
Andrew Hatley is accused of entering a restricted building, engaging in disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds and demonstrating in the Capitol building.
Hatley has agreed to a plea deal in the case. His sentencing is scheduled for September 14th.
