(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina's Supreme Court will hear arguments against the state's ban on mask mandates in schools.
Currently, a proviso in the state budget does not allow for schools to receive funding if they put a mask mandate in place.
The City of Columbia and Richland 2 schools are challenging that proviso.
The Court will hear their cases on Tuesday.
