(Richland County, SC) -- A former deputy with the Richland County Sheriff's Department is back in court.
Kyle Oliver faces a third-degree assault charge for allegedly pulling a suspect's hair in January of 2020.
The suspect was reportedly in custody when she is accused of headbutting another deputy.
A trial date is not yet set for Oliver, who bonded out of jail in September of 2020.
