(Charleston County, SC) -- A judge is siding with the Charleston County School District after their mask mandate was challenged.
The district announced a mask mandate for students, staff, and teachers on September 20th. As part of the rule, students not wearing masks would be sent home.
Parents of four children in the district filed for an emergency temporary injunction and restraining order against the requirement last week.
