(Columbia, SC) -- A two-year sentence for a former SCANA CEO is officially accepted.
A state judge made the approval Monday, marking the final step before Kevin Marsh heads to federal prison in North Carolina.
He's set to begin his sentence in December. He was convicted for lying about the progress of two nuclear reactors as part of a 9-year project in South Carolina.
