(Orlando, FL) -- Alex Murdaugh is now in custody after being arrested by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division in Florida.
He's accused of misappropriating settlement funds in his former housekeeper's 2018 death.
Murdaugh is charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, a felony.
He's expected to be extradited to South Carolina for a bond hearing as early as today.
