(Hampton County, SC) - Alex Murdaugh is facing another lawsuit in connection to a deadly 2019 boat crash.
Anthony Cook was one of six passengers on the boat that was allegedly driven by Alex's late son Paul while drunk.
Cook was hurt and his girlfriend Mallory was killed. The lawsuit claims Murdaugh entrusted his son under circumstances he knew were unsafe.
This is the third person involved in the boat crash to sue Murdaugh.
