(Belton, SC) -- The National Transportation Safety Board is releasing a report on a deadly crash involving a bus carrying students with special needs.
The collision happened in 2019 when an SUV swerved across two lanes and hit the bus.
The NTSB says the driver was distracted by her cell phone at the time.
She and a 34-year-old passenger on the bus died as a result of the crash.
