(Columbia, SC) - There is over 750-million dollars in unclaimed property in South Carolina.
Treasurer Curtis Loftis says more than 615-thousand new properties have been added to the Unclaimed Property Program.
The public can search for unclaimed property and claim funds at treasurer.sc.gov.
Since 2011, over 260-million dollars has been paid out to South Carolina residents.
