(Spartanburg, SC) - A former "American Idol" contestant will remain in jail in Spartanburg.
Caleb Kennedy is charged for a DUI crash that killed 54-year-old Larry Parris in late February.
Thursday's bond hearing for the 17-year-old was continued without a decision because the full toxicology report is not yet available, leaving the judge unable to make a decision.
