(Greenville, SC)-- An arrest warrant has been issued for a man suspected of attacking people with plates full of whipped cream.
Greenville Police have identified YouTuber Andre Eugene Moore-Gerald as the suspect behind the pranks.He's being charged with third-degree assault and battery.
Police say a woman pushing her child in a stroller was among those hit in the face with a plate of whipped cream last week.
