(Richland County, SC)-- Two deputies will not face charges for the shooting death of a man in Richland County.
Thirty-four-year-old Irvin Moorer-Charley was shot to death in March after he reportedly charged at deputies while holding a wooden stake.
The Fifth Circuit Solicitor announced Tuesday that charges will not be pursued against the deputies who opened fire.
This comes after Charley's family called for an independent investigation into the use of force.
