(Spartanburg County, SC)-- A deputy and a suspect are both in the hospital after being shot in Spartanburg County.
The deputy was responding to a domestic incident Tuesday afternoon when he was shot while approaching a home.
The suspect left in a vehicle, leading other deputies on a pursuit. Police say the suspect fired at deputies again, but did not hit anyone else, before crashing the car and being arrested.
The suspect was shot twice at some point during the ordeal, and is expected to make a full recovery. The deputy's condition has not been released.
