(Berkeley County, SC)- A Berkeley County couple is learning their fate after pleading guilty in connection to the U.S. Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.
John Getsinger Junior and Stacie Hargis-Getsinger were sentenced to 60 days in jail, three years of probation, and 100 hours of community service.
The two were caught on surveillance video inside the Capitol that day.
Both apologized at their sentencing hearing.
