(Colleton County, SC)-- Former attorney Alex Murdaugh will be back in court today after a grand jury indicted him on murder charges.
Murdaugh is now accused in the 2021 shooting deaths of his wife Maggie and son Paul.
The first court appearance for those charges will happen at the Colleton County Courthouse at 10 this morning.
Murdaugh is already facing a slew of other charges.
