Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is defending a newly-proposed federal bill that would ban abortions after 15 weeks.
On Wednesday, he said he has no apology for being "proudly pro-life." The South Carolina lawmaker introduced the Protecting Pain-Capable Unborn Children from Late-Term Abortions Act this week. It would prohibit doctors from providing abortions after that time except in situations involving rape, incest, or risks to the patient's health, while also leaving in place more restrictive state laws.
