(Orangeburg, SC)-- Vice President Kamala Harris is in the Palmetto state today.
She will be speaking at South Carolina State University's Fall Convocation at 1 p.m.
Harris will be welcoming the university's largest freshman class in 15 years to the Orangeburg campus.
This is her third trip to South Carolina since taking office.
