(Spartanburg County, SC)-- New ballots are being mailed out to hundreds of Spartanburg County voters after an error.
Officials say 699 voters received an incorrect absentee ballot.
Every affected voter will get a new ballot and an explanation of the issue sent to them.
The replacement ballots being mailed out today will arrive in an envelope with a yellow stripe.
