(Newberry County, SC)- A father is facing charges after his six-month-old baby died.
Police say they were called by the baby's mother about a domestic dispute in Newberry County.
Around 2 a.m. Monday, 6-month-old Legacy was found unresponsive in the back seat of her father's car.
Thirty-eight-year-old Colie Dawkins is charged with unlawful conduct to a child.
