(Colleton County, SC)- The defense is resting their case in the Alex Murdaugh double murder trial.
This comes as week six of the trial began Monday. The defense called 14 witnesses for testimony over about a two week time period.
On Monday, the judge in the Colleton County case agreed to let jurors visit the Murdaugh family property where Maggie and Paul were killed in 2021.
That visit will happen when prosecutors are done with their reply case this week.
