(Columbia, SC) -Bond is being denied for a Columbia gas station owner accused in the deadly shooting of a 14-year-old.
Rick Chow is charged with murder for the Sunday night death of Cyrus Carmack-Belton.
Police say the teen was shot in the back after Chow allegedly chased him out of the store.
Chow appeared in court for the first time Tuesday and was told his bond could not be set until he goes before a circuit court judge at a later date.
