(Columbia, SC) -- There's a call for bond reform across the state.
Attorney General Alan Wilson and SLED Chief Mark Keel joined together in a letter, which was sent yesterday to the state Senate's president and House speaker.
Wilson said the current system allows for repeat offenders to continue a life of criminality.
A bill is being discussed by state lawmakers now.
