(Columbia, SC) -- A wrongful death lawsuit will be filed against a Columbia convenience store owner.
Rick Chow is accused in the May shooting death of 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton.
Now, Carmack-Belton's family is planning to file a lawsuit against Chow as soon as possible.
The civil suit will be separate from the murder charge Chow is already facing in criminal court.
