(Kershaw County, SC)- A 20-year-old is dead after a drowning in Kershaw County.
Officials say Justin Jenkins was swimming in Kendall Lake with his girlfriend Saturday when he went under the water and did not resurface.
First responders were called to the scene after 3:30 p.m. and Jenkins' body was found just after 3:50 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
