(Spartanburg, SC)-- Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is adding his name to the ballot in South Carolina.
The businessman made his candidacy in the Palmetto state official on Monday.
Ramaswamy also campaigned in Spartanburg, visiting Winthrop University and Wofford College.
The presidential race already has several candidates with South Carolina ties- including Senator Tim Scott and former Governor Nikki Haley.
