(Columbia, SC) - A closing restaurant is facing a wrongful death and gross negligence lawsuit.
The suit claims Henry's of Cayce served 24-year-old Joshua R. Yarborough an excessive amount of alcohol in under an hour's time.
Yarborough was then involved in a crash that killed a 68-year-old man and his 17-year-old granddaughter in West Columbia.
Yarborough has been charged with felony DUI.
Henry's of Cayce announced they were closing on Monday.
