(Colleton County, SC)-- Alex Murdaugh is fighting for a new murder trial in court today.
The former South Carolina attorney has been convicted of killing his wife and son in June 2021, but now he wants a new trial in Colleton County.
His legal team claims there was jury tampering in the case because the clerk of court allegedly had conversations with members of the board before a decision was made.
Evidence is being presented today.
