(Columbia, SC) - Internet service is back on at the South Carolina Department of Social Services headquarters after an outage.
The agency did not have internet Monday morning after a fiber optic line was cut during construction in the area on Sunday.
This caused the DSS website to be down - including the online applications for SNAP and Child Support.
Repairs addressed the issue by Monday afternoon.
