Man Arrested For Phoning In Bomb Threat To South Carolina School

(Baton Rouge, LA)-- A 19-year-old Baton Rouge man is awaiting extradition after reportedly phoning in a bomb threat to a high school in South Carolina. 

Police say Trenton Brown called Carolina Forest High School on Wednesday of last week and claimed there were bombs on the campus. 

The school was evacuated, and a police sweep found no bombs. 

Baton Rouge police and the FBI arrested Brown on a charge of threatening the use of a destructive device.
