A woman's identity is being made public after she was struck and killed by a Horry County Police Department truck.
Sixty-six-year-old Sandy Schultz-Peters was on the beach Thursday when the incident occurred. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. The officer involved is on administrative leave from the Horry County Police Department.
