A former Florence County deputy is charged with voluntary manslaughter and assault.
Treyvon Jonathan Sellers was arrested this week after the deadly shooting of an unarmed suspect - William Dwayne Rankin - in May. Sellers also allegedly allowed his police dog to maul an innocent person.
Sellers was fired from being a deputy after being arrested in an unrelated domestic violence case.
