New Record Set For Early Voting In South Carolina

(Columbia, SC)-- South Carolina is setting a record for early voting this election season.

The State Election Commission reports over 1.5 million ballots were cast either early in-person or absentee by mail. 

That means over 45-percent of registered voters in the state already voted. 

That's the highest total of pre-Election day ballots ever in the Palmetto State.
