Brandon is a leading US pharmaceutical executive with nearly 20 years of experience and serves as Chief Operating Officer with full leadership and Growth responsibility for PAI Pharma. Prior to PAI he had progressively senior roles with Par Pharmaceutical and then Endo Pharmaceuticals, where he was on the Executive Leadership team and responsible for Business Development and Strategy. Brandon started his pharma career in Project Management, before moving into Business Development and Portfolio roles. Over the years, Brandon has led numerous aspects of the growth drivers for generic and branded companies, including Product Selection, Portfolio Optimization, Product Launch, M&A, Operations and Supply Chain while also providing support to the commercial operations.
In his tenure Brandon has focused on building growth strategies and been responsible for launching over 200 generic and branded products, led over 150 R&D projects through filing, completed over 100 in-licensing transactions, and completed 12 company acquisitions. His expertise includes business development (including landscape analysis/assessments, asset valuation, due diligence, contract negotiations, & alliance management), portfolio management, generic strategy, project management, strategic sourcing, market research & data analytics, U.S. generic sales and marketing, and new product development and commercialization.
Brandon has served as a member of the Board of the Association for Accessible Medicines (AAM) and is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Grove City College and a Master of Business Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
