(Columbia, SC) - New non-stop flights will soon be taking off from the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. Spirit Airlines announced direct flights to Fort Lauderdale, Newark, and Orlando. The flights will be offered in time for summer vacations. Introductory fares will start at 50-dollars one-way for certain flights between June 5th and August 12th.
