A toddler remains hospitalized after being shot during a drug deal.
Records say the girl's father was arrested yesterday in connection with the shooting. Tyrone Randolf was charged with unlawful neglect.
The shooting happened Saturday evening, when a warrant says Randolph brought his daughter along to a house where he went to buy drugs.
After an argument, gunfire erupted and the two-year-old was hit in the head while in the back seat of the car. She is recovering in the hospital and is out of ICU.
