South Carolina officials say they will not enter into a Voluntary Cleanup Contract with a property owned by a company connected with President Trump.
The Department of Health and Environmental Control says the site was contaminated by operations of the former owner, Lockheed Martin.
Trump's son's company says that Lockheed Martin should pay for the cleanup.
