The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says that the body of one of Clemson's athletic officials was found near his home.
Bert Henderson's body was found yesterday around noon over a mile from his property in a wooded area.
Henderson was the Associate Athletic Director of Planned Giving and had been with the university's athletic department since 1978.
The nature of Henderson's death is not yet known.
