Nearly 100 Crosshill residents' signatures are on two petitions being submitted to the Richland County Council, regarding a proposed greenway just across Gill’s Creek, to run the full length of Burwell Lane.
They claim privacy issues and want it moved to the other side of Fort Jackson Blvd. Council is considering the petitions and will continue to accept public input, even though the official comment period ends tomorrow.
