Officials say bond has been denied for the driver charged with felony DUI in a deadly crash on I-20.
The victims in the crash were parked by the side of the highway and the man was changing a tire when Clarise Antonia Payano went off the side of the road, slamming into their car. The female victim was in the car when the crash happened. Their child was also in the car and escaped with minor injuries.
Payano was also charged with marijuana possession and not having a license.
