Midlands Prepares For Population Explosion

The Central Midlands Council on Governments has released some eye-opening stats about the population growth in the coming years. 

They predict the combined populations of Richland and Lexington Counties will be a million in 2037, and Columbia's population is expected to double by 2050. 

The forecast was developed to help planners prepare for the growth on the horizon
