Lemorriea and Justin Green were driving one-year-old son Zion to the hospital recently after he started choking but their car broke down.
As they were stopped on the side of Decker Boulevard in Columbia, Justin tells WIS-TV they prayed for help and as he looked up he saw a police officer.
More officers arrived to perform CPR before EMTs arrived to take Zion to the hospital where doctors said yesterday he's making progress.
