"Constitutional Carry" Bill Up For Consideration By Senate

A Senate panel will consider a bill to amend gun laws in South Carolina to allow "Constitutional carry" on Tuesday.

The bill would allow people who can legally buy guns to carry them, concealed or not, without a permit. It passed the House last week.

If Senate approves the bill, Governor Henry McMaster has already said he would sign it into law.
