A Richland County grand jury has returned a 'no bill," in the case of Forest Acres police officer, Robert Cooper, who was accused of attempted murder.
In May 2016 Cooper fired seven rounds in quick succession into a slow moving vehicle approaching him, that wouldn’t stop. The car was driven by 17 year old Antwon Gallmon who was struck twice.
After a short chase police found two stolen pistols inside Gallmon's vehicle.
